Dlon’t forget to check your breasts!
There’s no right way or wrong way to check your breasts and you don’t need to be a doctor or a nurse to do it. The key is to check regularly, or at least once a month, and look and feel for things that are unusual or different. If you find something, see a doctor.

The Lina’s Dream team came together in 2011 to honour Lina Vassallo (Di Biase), a young woman who died of breast cancer in January of that year at the age of 38. Her family and friends were dedicated to educating young women under age 40 about the importance of checking their breasts to detect unusual changes, and reporting those changes to a doctor.
